I hope that what you said is right, that if the technology is free, it &quot;enables you to focus more on the things that are still not free like content and customer service.&quot; Perhaps once cost (or lack of cost) is no longer an issue, companies will truly attempt to differentiate themselves based on the service and experience they provide their consumers.
